Jalil Shaikh is a seasoned Silicon Valley, California executive with over 35 years of leadership experience in the semiconductor industry. He has successfully led multiple high-tech companies through IPOs and M&A transactions, demonstrating a consistent record of strategic growth and value creation. Over his distinguished career, Jalil has held senior roles including Vice President, General Manager, and CEO across leading technology firms in Silicon Valley.
Jalil holds seven U.S. patents with ten more in process, including one that has been adopted by a multi-billion-dollar technology company. His leadership experience spans prominent organizations such as Future Tech Capital (Executive Vice President & COO), PeerNova Inc. (Co-Founder), Unipixel Displays Inc. (COO), Atmel Corporation (GM, Touch Materials), Broadcom (Assistant VP/GM), and Silicon Image (VP, Operations).
Jalil holds an MSEE from Rutgers University in New Jersey, an MBA from the University of Phoenix, and a BSEE degree from UET, Taxila, Pakistan. Jalil Shaikh is currently serving as the Senior Business Development Executive at Xcelerium, a company specializing in the design and development of advanced architecture for processors, enabling the convergence of sensing, communications and computation through innovative solutions.

Dr. Waqar Mahmood is a seasoned technology leader with over 25 years of experience spanning academia, international organizations, and the IT industry. As former Director of the Al-Khawarizmi Institute of Computer Science (KICS), UET Lahore, he built one of Pakistan’s largest and most successful research and innovation center in the area of IT, establishing global partnerships, securing multimillion-dollar projects, and developing national capacity in advanced technologies. His career includes close collaboration with public and private academic and industrial enterprises and extensive engagement with industries, delivering sustainable, service-oriented solutions that address real-world challenges. He brings this wealth of experience, networks, and strategic vision to strengthen and scale the services of Blueridge, adding credibility, innovation, and global connectivity to its mission.
Ubaid Fayyaz received his B.S. in Electrical Engineering from UET Lahore in 2005, and his M.S. and Ph.D. from the Georgia Institute of Technology, USA, in 2011 and 2014. His doctoral research focused on developing low-complexity, high-throughput decoder architectures for polar codes, particularly for data storage. He is currently Director of Engineering at Blueridge Global Partners Inc., leading teams in microarchitecture design and verification of microprocessor cores. From 2014 to March 2025, he served as a faculty member in Electrical Engineering at UET Lahore while consulting independently for industry. Earlier, from 2006 to 2009, he worked at the Center for Advanced Research in Engineering, Islamabad, on algorithm design and FPGA-based implementations of communication systems. His honors include the Fulbright, WAPDA, and National Talent Scholarships.
Dr. Hammad M. Cheema is Director of Engineering at Blueridge Global Partners Inc., and head of Islamabad Office. Previously he was a Professor of Electrical Engineering and Project Director of NUST Chip Design Centre at NUST, Islamabad. He has more than 15 years of teaching and research experience in Analog & RF Integrated Circuit Design having published books on 60GHz CMOS PLLs and On-Chip Antennas, more than 80 peer reviewed publications and 12 granted / pending patents. He is the recipient of University Best Teacher Award, numerous national & international entrepreneurial awards and R&D grants of more than Rs 1 Billion.
Dr. Ali Ahmed Ansari is a researcher and technology leader serving as Director Technical at Blueridge Global Partners Inc., where he drives innovation in semiconductor design, FPGA prototyping, and embedded systems. Previously, he was Director ORIC and Assistant Professor at UiT University, Karachi, and headed the Microelectronics Research Laboratory (MERL), leading the design and tape-out of nine open-source microchips including RISC-V–based SoCs.
He earned his Ph.D. and M.S. in Electronics and Computer Engineering from Hanyang University, South Korea, where he developed SRAM-based TCAM architectures on Xilinx Kintex-7 FPGA and his B.E. in Electronics Engineering from NED University, Karachi.
With over 15 years of experience across the complete product development cycle, Dr. Ansari’s expertise spans FPGA design, IoT systems, and information security, making him a leading contributor to the region’s semiconductor innovation ecosystem.
